These terms govern your use of gulfcoastai.io and the services provided by Gulf Coast AI Solutions LLC. By using our site or services, you agree to them.
Our services
We design, build, and maintain automations for small businesses. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are set out in the written quote you approve before work starts.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to deliver real results, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Any figures or examples on this site are illustrative and not a guarantee of specific performance.
Fees & billing
Projects are a one-time build fee plus a monthly fee to run and maintain what we build, both fixed in your quote. Monthly service is month to month and you can cancel with reasonable notice. Build fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any third-party accounts or tools you ask us to connect. You retain ownership of your data and accounts.
Intellectual property
Reusable templates, methods, and tools we develop remain ours. Configurations and content specific to your business are yours, and they keep working for you even if we part ways.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version here with a new date at the top. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
