Pricing

One deal. Two numbers.

$1,000 to $3,000 to build your automation, then $150 to $500 a month to keep it running, depending on what we take off your plate. No tiers to decode, no surprise invoices, and no contract to sign.

Where you land in each range depends on how much we automate. You get the exact number after one scoping call, before any work starts.

The range, explained

What decides your number.

It comes down to how many pieces are moving. You'll probably recognize your own shop in one of these.

Closer to $1,000

One thing, done properly

A single automation on tools that already talk to each other. Most first projects live here.

  • Missed calls get a text back
  • Review requests after every closed job
  • A weekly report that fills itself in
Closer to $3,000

Several, wired together

A few automations spanning tools that don't talk yet, usually with your existing data cleaned up on the way through.

  • One form that updates sheet, calendar, CRM and invoice
  • Quote to invoice to payment chase, end to end
  • Messy spreadsheets rebuilt, then automated
No surprises

What happens after you hit send.

  1. 01

    You send the brief

Two minutes, six boxes. No call booked yet and nothing committed.

  2. 02

    We talk for twenty minutes

I ask what your week looks like and where it drags. If I don't think automation is worth your money, I say so here.

  3. 03

    You get one number

A plain-English plan and a fixed price. It doesn't move later. You decide from there, and no is a fine answer.

Fair questions

What owners ask me.

What does it cost?

$1,000 to $3,000 to build, once. Then $150 to $500 a month to keep it running, depending on how much we automate. You get the exact number after one scoping call, before any work starts.

What makes it $1,000 versus $3,000?

How many pieces are moving. One clean automation on tools that already talk to each other lands near the bottom. Several automations wired across a few different systems, with your own data cleaned up along the way, lands near the top. I tell you which one you're looking at on the call, not after the invoice.

What does the monthly actually cover?

Keeping it alive. I watch it, I fix it when a tool it depends on changes something, and I tweak it as your business shifts. If a vendor breaks their end on a Tuesday, that's my problem to solve, not yours. It also covers a standing line to me for questions.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The monthly is month to month and you can stop it whenever you want. What I build is yours, it lives in your accounts, and I'll hand over the documentation on your way out. I'd rather earn the next month than trap you into it.

How fast will it be live?

Thirty days from our scoping call, usually sooner for a single automation. I start with the piece that pays off fastest and add from there.

What happens if it breaks?

I find out before you do, most of the time, because I'm monitoring it. Fixes are covered by the monthly and they aren't a separate invoice. If something is genuinely broken and costing you money, it goes to the front of my line.

Will this replace my office staff?

No. It takes the grunt work off their plate: the re-typing, the chasing, the copy-paste. Your people get their time back for customers and the judgment calls only a person can make.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. I use solid, secure platforms, give every tool only the access it needs, and never sell your data. It's yours. You can export it or shut the whole thing off whenever you want.

Let's scope your first automation.

Two minutes, one quick brief. I'll come back with a plan and a number.
