Lakewood Ranch, Fla.
Hi, I'm Caleb.
I grew up on the Gulf Coast and never left. These days I'm in Lakewood Ranch, running a small automation shop for the businesses that keep this place going: plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, the shops my neighbors own.
There's no agency behind this and no offshore team. When you email, I'm the one who answers.
It started with my own week.
I kept building little workflows for myself, at work and at home, just to kill off the stuff I was tired of doing by hand. Every time I finished one I got the same feeling: that's hours of my life back, every week, from here on out.
Then I started seeing it everywhere I went. The owner writing out the same quote for the fourth time that week. The office manager copying numbers from one screen to another. Local companies leaving an enormous amount on the table, not because they're doing anything wrong, but because nobody ever showed them there was another way to do it.
So that became the job.
I'm not going to dress this up into some grand origin story. The honest version is simpler than that: I love this work. I get better at it on purpose, every single day, because I want to be genuinely great at it and not just good enough to charge for it.
And the part I like most isn't the building. It's the handoff, when an owner watches the thing run by itself for the first time and works out that they're never doing that task again.
That's the whole reason I do this. I like helping people get their time back.
